Without a centralized fleet management system, the company lacked real-time visibility into vehicle locations, route execution and operational status. Dispatching decisions were based on incomplete or delayed information, leading to suboptimal routing, increased fuel costs and reduced delivery efficiency.

Manual data handling across spreadsheets and disconnected tools created operational bottlenecks and increased administrative workload. Invoicing processes were particularly time-consuming and prone to errors, impacting cash flow and financial accuracy.

To address the operational inefficiencies of manual fleet management, we designed and developed a centralized fleet management software platform tailored to Transporti Ćurak’s logistics workflows. The system unifies dispatching, vehicle tracking, driver management and invoicing into a single digital environment, eliminating fragmented processes and enabling full operational control.

Instead of building a rigid monolithic system, we implemented a modular architecture with clearly defined domains — fleet operations, route management, financial workflows and administrative control. This approach allows independent evolution of each module while maintaining a consistent and reliable system core.

Real-time data processing plays a central role in the platform. Vehicle movements, route execution and operational status updates are continuously tracked and synchronized, enabling dispatchers to make informed decisions instantly. Integrated route optimization improves efficiency by reducing unnecessary mileage, fuel consumption and delivery delays.
